In the second quarter of 2023, air travel apps in Slovakia continued to show significant activity on both iOS and Android platforms. Here’s a closer look at the performance trends of the top 5 air travel apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Ryanair experienced a stable trend in weekly revenue, mostly hovering around $8-$10. Weekly downloads for the app saw an upward trajectory, starting from 1.8K at the end of March and reaching nearly 2.5K by the end of June. The app also showed a consistent increase in weekly active users, growing from approximately 6.9K to 8.5K during the same period.

Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker saw fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at around $1.4K in the last week of June. Downloads for the app showed a notable increase, starting at 1K in late March and reaching 1.7K by mid-June. The number of weekly active users also rose steadily, from about 7.7K at the beginning of the quarter to 8.6K by the end.

Wizz Air - Book Flights did not generate any revenue during this period. However, the app saw a steady increase in downloads, starting at 1.1K in late March and climbing to 1.5K by the end of June. Weekly active users also showed a positive trend, growing from around 4K to nearly 5K throughout the quarter.

eSky - Flights, Hotels & Deals also did not generate revenue in Q2 2023. The app’s downloads showed a gradual increase, from approximately 450 at the end of March to around 780 by the last week of June. Weekly active users followed a similar trend, starting at 930 and reaching 1.3K by the end of the quarter.

Austrian did not report any revenue during this period. Downloads for the app showed slight fluctuations, starting at 480 in late March and peaking at 675 by the end of June. Weekly active users increased consistently, from around 1.2K to 1.5K over the quarter.
